Hey Batta Batta Swing

Jac's getting ready for the summer t-ball league, that's if she can take the heat. Last year she sat out of a couple soccer practices due to "all the sweating." Her face did actually turn bright red, she looked like a tomato...poor girl. Dance and cheerleading might be Jac's sweet spot.

Our Clown

The kids had a blast today at the Children's Museum. Dad got a little carried away with the face paint.

I Love This Picture

Great picture of Lauryn playing in Dave & Lori's backyard after the easter egg hunt.

It's amazing what the effect of one finger can have on a picture. :)

No Stopping Me Now

Jac has officially mastered riding a bike without training wheels. A couple notable spills (one into the thorn bush), but no major bodily damage...YAH!

Ready...Set...Go!

Taken seconds before the foursome found 39 eggs, one lucky egg excaped the scavenger hunt.

Lazy Susan

Lauryn stealing a mid day snack out of the lazy susan. It actaully took us about 10min. to find out where she was, until we spotted those lovely little toe toes.

Hard Day of Hunting Eggs

Captured a great shot of Lauryn on the way home from her 1st egg hunt of the day...zzzzzzz. Nice double chin. :)

Shop Tell You Drop

Lauryn decided to take the term "shop tell you drop" literaly today.

Lovin the White Powdered Donuts

Lauryn woke up this morning craving white powdered donuts; the apple didn't fall far from the tree, Nicole also had the save craving. We think Lauryn ate at least a dozen.

Rollin With My Sisters

The weather finally wamed up enough to get out side. The girls wanted to spread their wings and take a ride, Thelma and Louise style! Also, today Jac took a huge step in childhood, learning to ride a bike w/out training wheels. No major bumps or bruises yet; but with her coordination we are anticipating some soon.

Color Me Pink

Lauryn noticed Nicole had an "ouchy" on her arm and ran out of the room only to return seconds later with a pink colored crayon. She grabbed Nicole's arm, colored her ouchy and said "there you go, all better." If only it was that easy...hum...I know what my next big idea is.

My Best Friend Bit Me

Caught a sad moment on film today...as Lauryn put it, "Kennedy Bite, Bad Kitty."

Mom, Dad I am so sick…I think.

This morning I woke up to a light knocking sound on a door. Lauryn had woken up and was lightly knocking at her door to come out. Once I opened the door, she ducked down and jumped up and yelled “Grrrrrr.” Then she ran and giggled; must be a good morning for Lauryn. Jacquelyn apparently has the stomach flu. Her sister was sick two days ago and we think Jac is having sympathy pains. We truly did believe her when she woke up this morning and said she had the stomach flu. We only second guessed it when she played video games all day and ate like a horse. Jac thinks the little blue mushroom guys on Super Mario 1 are in their “Blue Panties.” Lauryn keeps putting a blanket on her head and running around the house grrrring like a monster. I stayed at home since Nicole stayed home with Lauryn the other day when she was sick. A day at home with the kids is a nice break from work.

Pray for Our Dolls

After dinner Jacquelyn asked if she could put the dishes away on her own. I asked what had gotten into her and she said that “kids should always obey their parents.” I asked if she learned that at school today; she said “no my noggin told me so, I’m just smart.” Lauryn likes to sleep with Jac when the kids go to bed. So tonight when we got done brushing our teeth and reading a story, Jac went downstairs and got the mini baby crib to put their play babies in. Lauryn loved this idea and actually kneeled down beside the crib and said “Pray, Pray.” So, we all had to say the “Night, Night Prayer” to the babies beside the play crib. She then took her blanket, which she has not parted with in her whole two years on this Earth, and laid it over the babies and said “Night, Night.”
